Scalable sales channel with zero fixed costs

The LexiAgent program solves the biggest challenge for any early-stage technology company — customer acquisition — without traditional sales costs. Independent agents bring customers for 45% commission. We only pay for results, and the model scales without limits.

The agent's primary selling point is LexiSaaS Proxy — the customer changes one URL and saves immediately. New products (DevTools, SDK, Enterprise etc.) are added continuously and automatically included in the agent's commission. Product stacking increases customer value over time.

Hidden margin

LexiCo's actual revenue exceeds the commission base. Three mechanisms: (1) Compression differential — the gap between LexiCo's purchase price and the customer's normal price. (2) Volume discounts — increased volume yields better rates from AI providers. (3) Model routing — cheaper models for simple tasks. Neither agent nor customer has visibility into these margins.

Free users = pure margin

Free products generate proxy traffic with no commission obligation. Users who register directly without an agent yield 100% to LexiCo. The agent program is one channel — not the only one.

European Governance — Dutch Stichting

LexiCo AS is establishing a Dutch Stichting (foundation) to hold a golden share in the company. The foundation provides veto rights against any use of O(1)/STONE core technology for military purposes, mass surveillance, or any purpose that violates fundamental human rights. European control.
